How it works
It’s a place where you can share your fears, your hopes, self-care tips, ways of getting through the day. It’s a space where you can safely share that you’re struggling to get through the day.
This community exists to provide that ‘virtual’ hug, those soothing words, and that knowledge that you don’t need to do this alone.
IT'S COMPLETELY PRIVATE
This Facebook group is private. This means that no-one gets told you’ve joined it. No-one can see who is a member of it, unless they are a member of it too. No-one sees that you’ve posted in it, unless they are a member of it too. It's private. So that you are safe.

How to join
It's simple. Complete the form with your name and email details and you'll then get an email with the link to request to join. I'll try and approve you quickly (usually within 24 hours).
